Welcome: Let's open our day video.
Reading: I sure hope you enjoyed reading about the first astronauts that walked on the moon. I would like you to read chapter 10, "What's it Like in Space?" This begins on page 78 in the reader. You also have the text in you folder. Answer the questions, 10.2, about the text. Here is a video that tells what it is like to live in the space station.
Skills: I would like you to complete PP12, "Suffixes -ful, -less". This is a crossword puzzle to help you review these suffixes. Here is an instruction video.
Writing: For writing today you can first finish the final draft of your report. When that is completed, get page 20.2 and create an illustration about you report. You can draw something about your planet, you could find an illustration and glue it on this page or if you would like to make an illustration using the computer and replace this page with what you create that works. Be creative and have fun making an illustration for your report.
Math:Today you will review telling time to the minute and using A.M. and P.M. You have a time packet in your folder. This will include pages 1-4. You can review doing either the pages as practice or do the student interactive assignment from GoMath by clicking on this link. Click on Chapter 10, then choose lesson 10.1, "Time to the Minute", 10.2 "A.M. and P.M. If you would like to do both assignments, that is great, but you only need to choose the paper assignment or the Go Math interactive assignment.
