Welcome:  We are off on another wonderful day.  Here we go!

Reading:  To start reading today you will need to get your graphic organizer that we started yesterday for this chapter called "Alemeda, the Basket Weaver".  Click here for the prereading activity.  Next, Go to the unit 8 reader and do a second read of Chapter 4 "Alemeda, the Basket Weaver".   After you have read this chapter, get out your Unit 8 CKLA workbook, get out activity 4.1, page 27.  Click here to complete this activity.


Skills:  For our skills activity we will work with possessive nouns and dictionary skills.  You will need you Unit 8 CKLA skills workbook.  Get out activity 5.3 page 43 and activity 5.4, page 45.  Click here for the lesson video.  After you have completed the Dictionary Skills, 5.4, page 45, clicked here to correct this page.


Math:  Today for math you will need to go to the gomath link and find lesson 10.7.  You will do this lesson and follow the same procedures to get to the personal math trainer.  I will put the training video here again for you if needed.  Make sure you do lesson 10.7.  Your user name is your 600 number and the password is gomath.  I will also put up some lessons on Khan academy.  These lesson does not need to be done today, thoug you ca start them at any time.  It will not be due for a week so you will have plenty of time to work through the lessons and activities.  The lessons will be about measuring volume.
